• Economic and demographic challenges,

This is why COMM-IT Romania’s Autumn 2025 season is dedicated to Reconfiguring the Route. We need new strategies, sharper skills, and communities that learn together.

The journey starts in Iași, with a panel on AI, quantum computing, and product leadership. Experienced managers will debate how fast-moving technologies reshape our industry—and what this means for leaders in Romania.

Beyond Delivery: The Manager’s Role in Customer and Account Management

Being a good engineering manager is no longer just about leading teams and delivering projects.
Today, account and customer management is part of the job:

• Building trust in every interaction,

• Spotting opportunities for upsales or cross-sales,

At COMM-IT Iași, our second event this season will bring engineering managers together to discuss how to grow revenue and impact—not only through code, but also through relationships.

In the third Iași event this autumn, COMM-IT Romania will host a moderated debate on sales and pricing in tech. Experts in business development and sales will explore:

A New Route Opens: Timisoara Chapter Launch

We’re proud to launch a new COMM-IT Chapter in Timișoara this autumn:

• In October, we’ll open with a moderated discussion featuring managers who shape the local and global tech industry.

• In November, we’ll welcome a special guest with major international experience to share insights directly with the community.

Reconfiguring the route means opening new roads. And Timișoara is the next milestone.
