Meet Dragos Bohotineanu, a leader with a great impact in the organization he led. For more than 20 years within Continental, having various roles, starting with SW development, Requirements engineering, and then different leadership positions, Dragos always pushed the limits and made a difference for the customers and for the company.
With his Software background, international leading experience of various teams all over the world, and a focus on value creation for customers, Dragos is shaping the impact of the Zone Controllers in the new E/E architectures, being fully responsible for the product group for the entire Product Lifecycle, from innovation to end of production.
Meet Adriana Aionitoaie, a leader with a talent for cultivating organizational strength and nurturing professional growth, currently leading an international team at Signant Health. With prior experience including roles like Head of People Development and Recruitment at Endava, Adriana has demonstrated a commitment to fostering inclusive environments, such as promoting an "Everyone Culture". She focuses on strategically building high-performing teams and designing pathways for career advancement. Adriana excels at shaping organizational structures that empower individuals, driving both company success and the personal development trajectories of the people within, making her a key figure in talent and organizational architecture.
